The Reward for Proclaiming the Oneness of Allah

SUMMARY: Whoever proclaims the oneness of Allah in a marketplace will be rewarded with one million good deeds and have one million bad deeds erased, and will be granted a house in Paradise.

It was narrated that 'Umar said: The Messenger of Allah said: "Whoever says in a marketplace, There is no God but Allah alone, with no partner or associate, His is the dominion, to Him all praise is due, all goodness is in His hand, He grants life and death and He has power overall things,' Allah will record for him one thousand thousand good deeds and will erase from him one thousand thousand bad deeds, and will build a house for him in Paradise'.
