This hadith was narrated by Abu Sa'eed, who reported that Umar addressed the people saying that Allah has granted whatever concessions He willed to His Prophet. The Prophet of Allah has passed away, so it is important for us to complete our Hajj and 'Umrah as commanded by Allah. Additionally, we must also guard the chastity of these women.
