Musnad Ahmad 32 (Book 1, Hadith 32) #33730
Obedience to Allah and Master Leads to Paradise

SUMMARY: The Prophet ﷺ taught that no one who is treacherous, miserly, reminds people of their favors or mistreats their slaves will enter Paradise. The first to enter Paradise will be the slave if they obey Allah and obey their master.

It was narrated from Farqad as-Sabakhi from Murrah at-Tayyib from Abu Bakr as-Siddeeq that the Prophet said: "No one will enter Paradise who is treacherous, miserly, reminds people of his favours or mistreats his slaves. The first to enter Paradise will be the slave, if he obeys Allah and obeys his master'.

QUICK LESSONS:
Obey Allah & Master; Be Generous & Kind; Treat Slaves Mercifully; Keep Promises & Agreements; Don't Brag About Favors Done For Others
EXPLANATIONS:
This hadith teaches us that obedience to Allah and our masters is essential for entering paradise. It also warns us against being treacherous, miserly or mistreating our slaves. Treachery means betraying someone's trust by not keeping a promise or agreement made with them. Miserliness means being too stingy with money or resources while reminding people of your favors means bragging about what you have done for them in the past. Mistreating slaves refers to treating them harshly without mercy or kindness which is forbidden in Islam. Therefore this hadith encourages us to be generous and kind towards others while also reminding us of the importance of obedience in order to gain entry into paradise on the Day of Judgment.
