Observe moderation when worshipping God; remember that no matter how much we give to Him He will never tire of rewarding us for our good deeds and faithfulness; obey His commands; be faithful to Him; strive for excellence in all aspects of life including worshiping Him .

The hadith narrated by Jabir bin 'Abdullah tells us about the importance of moderation in worship. It is said that the Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) passed by a man who was praying on a rock and stayed there for some time. When he left, he found the man still praying as he had been before. He then stood up and clasped his hands together three times saying "O people, you should observe moderation" as Allah does not get tired of giving reward but people do get tired. This teaches us to be moderate when worshipping Allah so we don't tire ourselves out too much or become overwhelmed with our religious obligations. We should also remember that no matter how much we give to Allah, He will never tire of rewarding us for our good deeds and faithfulness to Him.
