The Coming of the Hour and Oppression

SUMMARY: The hour of judgement will not come until a man from the tribe of Qahtan appears and rules people with violence and oppression.

Narrated Abu Hurairah (ra): The Prophet said, "The hour will not be established unless a man from the tribe of Qahtan appears, driving the people with his stick (ruling them with violence and oppression)".

EXPLANATIONS:
This hadith is narrated by Abu Hurairah who was one of the companions of Prophet Muhammad ﷺ. It states that before the hour or day of judgement comes, a man from the tribe of Qahtan will appear and rule people with violence and oppression. This hadith teaches us that we should be aware that there will be times when people are oppressed by rulers who use violence to control them. We should also remember that Allah is watching over us all, so no matter how bad things get, justice will eventually prevail in His time.

The Prophet ﷺ also taught us to have patience during difficult times as Allah has promised to reward those who endure hardships for His sake. We must strive to remain steadfast in our faith even when faced with injustice or oppression as this is what pleases Allah most. Finally, we must always remember that no matter how powerful someone may seem on earth, they are nothing compared to Allah's power which can never be challenged or defeated.
