The Value of Humility and Avoiding Wrongdoing

SUMMARY: The Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) taught us to be humble and not wrong each other.

It was narrated from Anas bin Malik that the Messenger of Allah said: "Allah has revealed to me that you should be humble towards one another and should not wrong one another".
حَدَّثَنَا حَرْمَلَةُ بْنُ يَحْيَى، حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ وَهْبٍ، أَنْبَأَنَا عَمْرُو بْنُ الْحَارِثِ، عَنْ يَزِيدَ بْنِ أَبِي حَبِيبٍ، عَنْ سِنَانِ بْنِ سَعْدٍ، عَنْ أَنَسِ بْنِ مَالِكٍ، قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ـ ـ ‏ "‏ إِنَّ اللَّهَ أَوْحَى إِلَىَّ أَنْ تَوَاضَعُوا وَلاَ يَبْغِي بَعْضُكُمْ عَلَى بَعْضٍ

EXPLANATIONS:
This hadith, narrated by Anas bin Malik, teaches us the importance of humility and avoiding wrongdoing. Being humble means having a sense of respect for others, being modest in our behavior, and recognizing our own limitations.
