Sunan Ibn Majah 4117 (Book 37, Hadith 18) #33473
The Most Enviable Person

SUMMARY: The Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) said that the most enviable person is one who has a light burden, prays often and is not known by many people.

It was narrated from Abu Umamah that the Messenger of Allah said: "The one who most deserved to be envied, ____on____ my view, is the one who has the least burden, who prays a great deal and finds joy in prayer, and who is unknown among people and is not paid any heed. His provision will be sufficient, he will be content with it, his death will come quickly, his estate will be small and his mourners will be few".

EXPLANATIONS:
This hadith speaks of the qualities of the most enviable person according to Prophet Muhammad (PBUH). He said that this person has a light burden, meaning they do not have too much responsibility or stress in their life. They also pray often and find joy in prayer, which shows their devotion to Allah. Additionally, they are unknown among people and are not paid any heed; they do not seek fame or recognition from others. Their provision will be sufficient for them and they will be content with it; they will not worry about having more than what is necessary for them. Lastly, when this person dies their estate will be small and there won't be many mourners because few people knew them.
