QUICK LESSONS:
Pray & Supplicate To God For Protection Against Harm Seen & Unseen

EXPLANATIONS:
The Prophet Muhammad ﷺ taught us to seek refuge with Allah from various things that can cause harm in this life and in the hereafter. He taught us to seek refuge from cowardice which is a lack of courage or confidence when faced with danger or difficulty. He also taught us to seek refuge from miserliness which is an excessive desire for wealth and material possessions. Additionally, he taught us to seek refuge from old age as it brings physical weakness and vulnerability. Furthermore, he taught us to seek refuge from the torment that awaits in the grave after death as well as tribulations that may occur during one’s lifetime such as those related to one’s heart or emotions. All these teachings remind us how important it is for Muslims to turn towards Allah for protection against all forms of harm both seen and unseen.
