The Power of Saying "He is Allah, (the) One"

SUMMARY: The hadith is about the importance of saying "He is Allah, (the) One" which is equivalent to one third of the Quran.

It was narrated that Anas bin Malik said: "The Messenger of Allah said: Qul Huwa Allahu ahad Say: He is Allah, (the) One is equivalent to one third of the Quran".
حَدَّثَنَا الْحَسَنُ بْنُ عَلِيٍّ الْخَلاَّلُ، حَدَّثَنَا يَزِيدُ بْنُ هَارُونَ، عَنْ جَرِيرِ بْنِ حَازِمٍ، عَنْ قَتَادَةَ، عَنْ أَنَسِ بْنِ مَالِكٍ، قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ـ ـ ‏"‏ ‏{قُلْ هُوَ اللَّهُ أَحَدٌ}‏ تَعْدِلُ ثُلُثَ الْقُرْآنِ

EXPLANATIONS:
This hadith highlights the importance of saying “He is Allah, the One”. It was narrated by Anas bin Malik that Prophet Muhammad said that this phrase has a great significance and it holds an equivalent value to one third of the Quran. This means that if someone says this phrase with sincerity and faith then they will be rewarded as if they have recited one third of the Quran. This hadith teaches us to always remember God and His greatness in our lives and to never forget Him no matter what situation we are in. It also encourages us to recite verses from the Quran regularly so that we can gain its blessings and rewards from God Almighty.
