Make excuses when needed , Accept apologies from others , Be forgiving towards each other .

This hadith emphasizes the importance of accepting excuses from others. It teaches us that if someone makes an excuse to another person and it is not accepted, then the one who did not accept the excuse will bear a burden of sin similar to that of a tax-collector. This hadith encourages us to forgive each other and accept apologies when they are made in order for us not to bear any burden or sin ourselves.
