Kindness towards Daughters Rewarded

SUMMARY: Treating daughters kindly will gain one admittance to Paradise.

It was narrated from Ibn Abbas that the Messenger of Allah said: "There is no man whose two daughters reach the age of puberty and he treats them kindly for the time they are together, but they will gain him admittance to Paradise".
حَدَّثَنَا الْحُسَيْنُ بْنُ الْحَسَنِ، حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ الْمُبَارَكِ، عَنْ فِطْرٍ، عَنْ أَبِي سَعْدٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ، قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ـ ـ ‏ "‏ مَا مِنْ رَجُلٍ تُدْرِكُ لَهُ ابْنَتَانِ فَيُحْسِنُ إِلَيْهِمَا مَا صَحِبَتَاهُ أَوْ صَحِبَهُمَا إِلاَّ أَدْخَلَتَاهُ الْجَنَّةَ

EXPLANATIONS:
This hadith is about the importance of treating daughters kindly. The Prophet Muhammad ﷺ said that if a man has two daughters and he treats them with kindness, he will be rewarded with admittance to Paradise. This means that being kind and loving towards your children is an important part of being a good Muslim, and it can lead to great rewards in the afterlife. It also shows us how much Allah loves those who are kind and loving towards their children, no matter what gender they are. We should all strive to be kind and loving parents so that we can reap the rewards in this life as well as the next.
