Humility and Contentment in Rainfall

SUMMARY: The hadith is about the Prophet Muhammad's companions and how they were humble and content with what Allah had given them.

It was narrated from Abu Burdah that his father said to him: "O my son, if only you could have seen us when we were with the Messenger of Allah , when rain fell on us; you would have thought that we smelled like sheep".

QUICK LESSONS:
Be humble in all your dealings , Be grateful for whatever Allah has blessed you with .
EXPLANATIONS:
This hadith speaks of the humility and contentment of the Prophet Muhammad's companions when it rained. They were so humble that they smelled like sheep, which shows their level of humility. They were also content with what Allah had given them, as they did not complain or feel entitled to more than what was provided for them. This teaches us to be humble in all our dealings, no matter how small or insignificant it may seem, as well as to be grateful for whatever Allah has blessed us with.
