EXPLANATIONS:
In this hadith, the Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) is advising us to seek refuge with Allah from the evil eye. The evil eye is a real thing and can cause harm if we do not take precautions. We should always remember to ask for protection from Allah and recite duas such as “A’udhu billahi minash shaytanir rajeem” which means “I seek refuge in Allah from Satan, the accursed one”. This dua will protect us against any harm that may come our way, including that of an evil eye. We should also remember to thank Allah for His protection and blessings in our lives.
