Praising Mary and Khadija

SUMMARY: The Prophet (ﷺ) praised Mary, the daughter of Imran, and Khadija as the best women of their respective times.

Narrated 'Ali: I heard the Prophet saying, "Mary, the daughter of 'Imran, was the best among the women (of the world of her time) and Khadija is the best amongst the women. (of this nation).
حَدَّثَنِي أَحْمَدُ بْنُ أَبِي رَجَاءٍ، حَدَّثَنَا النَّضْرُ، عَنْ هِشَامٍ، قَالَ أَخْبَرَنِي أَبِي قَالَ، سَمِعْتُ عَبْدَ اللَّهِ بْنَ جَعْفَرٍ، قَالَ سَمِعْتُ عَلِيًّا ـ رضى الله عنه ـ يَقُولُ سَمِعْتُ النَّبِيَّ يَقُولُ ‏ "‏ خَيْرُ نِسَائِهَا مَرْيَمُ ابْنَةُ عِمْرَانَ، وَخَيْرُ نِسَائِهَا خَدِيجَةُ

EXPLANATIONS:
In this hadith, narrated by Ali, the Prophet Muhammad ﷺ praised two women - Mary, the daughter of Imran and Khadija. He said that they were both the best among their respective generations. This hadith teaches us to appreciate and recognize people who have done good deeds in our society regardless of gender or time period. It also shows us that we should be grateful for those who have helped us in our lives. We should strive to emulate their good qualities so that we can become better people ourselves.
