Serving the Prophet with Nabidh

SUMMARY: The Prophet Muhammad was served Nabidh, a type of drink, in a stone vessel.

It was narrated that Jabir bin 'Abdullah said: "Nabidh would be made for the Messenger of Allah in a vessel of stone".
حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الْمَلِكِ بْنِ أَبِي الشَّوَارِبِ، حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو عَوَانَةَ، عَنْ أَبِي الزُّبَيْرِ، عَنْ جَابِرِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ، قَالَ كَانَ يُنْبَذُ لِرَسُولِ اللَّهِ ـ ـ فِي تَوْرٍ مِنْ حِجَارَةٍ
