Fast & Pray during Ramadan while you're in Makkah

The Prophet Muhammad ﷺ taught us that if we are fortunate enough to be in Makkah during the month of Ramadan and we fast and pray as much as we can, Allah will reward us greatly. He will record for us the equivalent of one hundred thousand months worth of fasting done elsewhere. For each day that is spent fasting Allah will record for us the equivalent reward for freeing a slave or providing a horse in His cause. Additionally, there are merits recorded for each day and night spent fasting. This hadith teaches us about the great rewards that come from dedicating ourselves to worshiping Allah during this blessed month. It also encourages us to take advantage of being able to perform our religious duties at such an important place like Makkah if given the opportunity.
