QUICK LESSONS:
Take care of your health through natural remedies like cupping even when you are busy with other commitments such as prayer or fasting so that you can stay healthy and strong for your spiritual journey .

EXPLANATIONS:
This hadith is about the Prophet Muhammad's practice of cupping while fasting and in the state of Ihram. Cupping is a traditional medical practice that involves using heated cups to create suction on the skin, which helps to draw out toxins from the body. It is believed that this can help improve overall health and wellbeing. The Prophet Muhammad practiced this while fasting, which means he abstained from food or drink during certain times of day, as well as during his pilgrimage to Mecca known as Hajj or Umrah when he was in a state of Ihram. This shows us that even though we may be restricted by certain rules or regulations, we can still take care of our health through natural remedies like cupping. We should also remember to take care of ourselves even when we are busy with other commitments such as prayer or fasting so that we can stay healthy and strong for our spiritual journey.
