QUICK LESSONS:
Allow women equal access in religious duties without any restrictions or burdens due to natural bodily functions such as menstruation cycles .

EXPLANATIONS:
This hadith is about a woman named Safiyyah bint Huyai who performed the ritual of Tawaful-Ifadah and then got her menses afterwards. When 'Aishah mentioned this to the Prophet Muhammad ﷺ he asked if she had detained them and when 'Aishah said no he allowed her to depart. This hadith teaches us that women should not be held back from their religious duties due to their menstrual cycle and that they should be given permission to leave when necessary. It also shows us how compassionate the Prophet ﷺ was towards women as he did not want them to feel any kind of restriction or burden due to their natural bodily functions.
