QUICK LESSONS:
Take your time when performing religious rituals; Strive for excellence in whatever you do; Maintain a slow and steady pace when doing rituals like tawaful ifaadhah; Concentrate on what you are doing; Persevere even if something seems difficult at first glance.

EXPLANATIONS:
The hadith narrated by Abdullah bin Abbas states that the Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) did not walk quickly during the seven circuits of Tawaf al-Ifadah. This is a ritual performed on the 10th day of Dhul Hijjah, which is part of Hajj or pilgrimage to Makkah. It is important to note that this ritual should be done with a slow and steady pace as it was done by Prophet Muhammad himself. This teaches us to take our time in performing religious rituals and not rush through them as it can lead to mistakes or lack of concentration while performing them. It also teaches us patience and perseverance in all aspects of life, no matter how difficult they may seem at first glance. We should always strive for excellence in whatever we do and take our time doing it so that we can achieve maximum benefit from it.
