Follow instructions from Prophet Muhammad peace be upon him; strive towards fulfilling religious obligations if possible; perform the sa'y quickly without taking too much time in between each lap; respect the importance of Hajj for Muslims;

The hadith is about an important ritual in Islam known as the Sa’y. This ritual is performed by Muslims during their pilgrimage to Mecca, known as Hajj. During this ritual, pilgrims walk seven times between two hills called Safa and Marwa. This hadith tells us that when performing this ritual, it is important to do it quickly without taking too much time in between each lap. It also teaches us that we should always follow the instructions of Prophet Muhammad peace be upon him in all matters related to our faith. Furthermore, it reminds us of how important Hajj is for Muslims and how we should strive to perform it if we are able to do so.
