QUICK LESSONS:
Follow religious practices and rituals as prescribed by Allah and His Messenger .

EXPLANATIONS:
This hadith is about the practice of 'Tamattu'' during the pilgrimage to Mecca, known as 'Hajj'. It was narrated by Abu Dharr that this practice was specifically for the companions of Prophet Muhammad. This means that they were allowed to perform a certain type of ritual during their pilgrimage which other people were not allowed to do. The lesson from this hadith is that it is important to follow religious practices and rituals as prescribed by Allah and His Messenger, even if it may seem difficult or inconvenient at times. We should also be mindful that some practices are only meant for certain people and should not be done by everyone indiscriminately.
