This hadith is about a cloak that was owned by the Prophet Muhammad ﷺ. It was narrated from Abu 'Umar, who was a freed slave of Asma bint Abi Bakr. Asma brought out this cloak which was edged with brocade and said that it was something that the Prophet ﷺ used to wear when he met his enemies.
