Liability of Injuries Caused by Fire and Falling into a Well

SUMMARY: Fire and falling into a well are not liable for any injuries caused.

It was narrated from Abu Hurairah that the Messenger of Allah said: "(The injuries caused by) a fire are without liability, and by falling into a well".
حَدَّثَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ الأَزْهَرِ، حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، عَنْ مَعْمَرٍ، عَنْ هَمَّامٍ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ، قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ‏ "‏ النَّارُ جُبَارٌ وَالْبِئْرُ جُبَارٌ
