Blood Money and 'Aqilah

SUMMARY: The Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) ruled that the blood money must be paid by the 'Aqilah.

It was narrated that Mughirah bin Shu'bah said: "The Messenger of Allah ruled that the blood money must be paid by the 'Aqilah".
حَدَّثَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ، حَدَّثَنَا وَكِيعٌ، حَدَّثَنَا أَبِي، عَنْ مَنْصُورٍ، عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ، عَنْ عُبَيْدِ بْنِ نَضْلَةَ، عَنِ الْمُغِيرَةِ بْنِ شُعْبَةَ، قَالَ قَضَى رَسُولُ اللَّهِ بِالدِّيَةِ عَلَى الْعَاقِلَةِ

EXPLANATIONS:
