Respect other people’s property and take care of your own possessions properly .

This hadith is about ownership and land rights. It was narrated by Ibn 'Umar that the Messenger of Allah said that the land around a date-palm tree belongs to its owner. This means that if someone owns a date palm tree, then they also own all of the land surrounding it as far as its branches reach. This hadith teaches us about respecting other people's property and not encroaching on their rights or taking what does not belong to us without permission. It also teaches us about being responsible for our own possessions and taking care of them properly so that we can benefit from them in an appropriate way.
