QUICK LESSONS:
Give workers their wages promptly after completing work .

EXPLANATIONS:
This hadith teaches us the importance of paying workers fairly and on time. The Prophet Muhammad, peace be upon him, said that a worker should receive his wages before his sweat dries. This means that employers should pay their employees as soon as possible after they have completed the work, so they can use the money to take care of themselves and their families. It also teaches us to respect and value the hard work of others, no matter what job they do or how much money they make from it. We must remember that everyone deserves to be treated with dignity and respect in all aspects of life, including when it comes to payment for labor.
