Sahih al-Bukhari 3276 (Book 59, Hadith 85) #3132
Seeking Refuge with Allah from Difficult Questions

SUMMARY: This hadith is about seeking refuge with Allah when one is asked questions by Satan that are too difficult to answer.

Narrated Abu Huraira: Allah's Messenger said, "Satan comes to one of you and says, 'Who created so-and-so? 'till he says, 'Who has created your Lord?' So, when he inspires such a question, one should seek refuge with Allah and give up such thoughts".

QUICK LESSONS:
Seek refuge with Allah from difficult questions posed by Satan.

EXPLANATIONS:
This hadith tells us that when we are asked difficult questions by Satan, we should seek refuge in Allah and not think about the question any further. It is important to remember that no matter how hard the question may be, it will always be impossible for us to answer it because only Allah knows the answers. We should also remember that if we do not seek refuge in Him and try to answer these questions ourselves, then this could lead us down a dangerous path of disbelief and sin. Therefore, it is important for us to always turn towards Him whenever we feel overwhelmed or confused by something.
