Sahih al-Bukhari 3274 (Book 59, Hadith 83) #3130
Respectful Prayers

SUMMARY: It is important to be respectful and mindful of others while praying, and if someone insists on disrupting the prayer, they should be prevented from doing so.

Narrated Abu Said Al-Khudri: The Prophet said, "If while you are praying, somebody intends to pass in front of you, prevent him; and should he insist, prevent him again; and if he insists again, fight with him (ie prevent him violently eg pushing him violently), because such a person is (like) a devil".

QUICK LESSONS:
Be respectful when praying; Prevent people from disrupting your prayer; Focus on Allah SWT during prayer
EXPLANATIONS:
The Prophet Muhammad ﷺ taught us that it is important to be respectful when we are praying. We should not allow anyone to disrupt our prayers or pass in front of us while we are praying. If someone tries to do this, we should politely ask them not to do so. If they insist on doing it again, then we must prevent them from doing so more forcefully. This is because such a person is like a devil who wants us to lose focus during our prayers and forget about Allah SWT.
