This hadith is narrated by Abu Jamra Ad-Dabi, who used to sit with Ibn 'Abbas in Mecca. In this hadith, he talks about the healing power of Zamzam water and how it can be used to cool down fever. According to Prophet Muhammad ﷺ, fever is from the heat of Hell Fire and thus cooling it with water or Zamzam water will help reduce its intensity. This hadith teaches us that we should use natural remedies like drinking clean water or using natural resources like Zamzam for our health problems instead of relying on medicines all the time.
