EXPLANATIONS:
The Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) taught us to be mindful of our eating habits during special occasions such as Eid. On the day of Fitr, which marks the end of Ramadan, it is important to have a meal before going out for celebrations. Similarly, on the day of Nahr or sacrifice, one should wait until they come back home before having a meal. This teaches us that we should be mindful and intentional about our eating habits even during special occasions like Eid and not just indulge in food without any thought or consideration for our health and wellbeing. It also teaches us to prioritize spending time with family over indulging in food during these special days.
