The Blessing of Suhur

SUMMARY: Eating Suhur is beneficial and has a blessing.

It was narrated from Anas bin Malik that the Messenger of Allah said: "Eat Suhur, for in Suhur there is a blessing".
حَدَّثَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ عَبْدَةَ، أَنْبَأَنَا حَمَّادُ بْنُ زَيْدٍ، عَنْ عَبْدِ الْعَزِيزِ بْنِ صُهَيْبٍ، عَنْ أَنَسِ بْنِ مَالِكٍ، قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ـ ـ ‏ "‏ تَسَحَّرُوا فَإِنَّ فِي السَّحُورِ بَرَكَةً

EXPLANATIONS:
This hadith, narrated by Anas bin Malik, speaks about the importance of eating suhur. Suhur is a meal eaten before dawn during the Islamic month of Ramadan.
