QUICK LESSONS:
Follow Islamic teachings regarding Ramadan observance; Respect marriage and spouses within Islam; Remember obligations even when engaging in seemingly harmless activities .

EXPLANATIONS:
This hadith is about fasting and how it can be broken by kissing one's spouse. The Prophet Muhammad was asked about a man who kissed his wife when they were both fasting and he said that they have broken their fast. This means that if someone is fasting, even something as small as a kiss can break their fast and they will need to make up for it later on. It is important to remember that during Ramadan, Muslims are expected to abstain from certain activities such as eating or drinking during daylight hours in order to focus on spiritual matters instead. Therefore, this hadith serves as an important reminder for those who are observing Ramadan not to forget about their obligations even when engaging in seemingly harmless activities like kissing one's spouse while fasting.
