Resolve conflicts peacefully without resorting to physical violence or aggression; avoid taking part in any kind of physical violence against another Muslim; understand intentions matter even when one has been killed by another Muslim

This hadith is a warning from Allah's Messenger, Muhammad ﷺ, about the consequences of two Muslims fighting each other with swords. He said that both the murderer and murdered will go to Hell. When asked why this would be so for the murdered person, he replied that even though they were killed, they still had an intention to kill their companion. This shows us that we should not take part in any kind of physical violence against another Muslim as it can lead us to a grave consequence in the afterlife. We should instead try our best to resolve conflicts peacefully and without resorting to physical violence or aggression.
