EXPLANATIONS:
This hadith is narrated by Abu Hurairah and it encourages people to offer voluntary prayers. The Prophet asked if anyone of us is incapable of stepping forwards, backwards, or to the right or left when praying. This means that we should make an effort in offering voluntary prayers and not just stay in one place while praying. It teaches us that we should strive for excellence in our worship and be active in our prayer life. We should also take into consideration the physical movements involved when offering a prayer as this can help increase our concentration during prayer time.
