QUICK LESSONS:
Pray regularly even if it's just for two rakahs at a time
EXPLANATIONS:
This hadith is about the night prayer of the Prophet. It was narrated by Ibn 'Abbas that the Prophet used to pray two rakahs at a time during his night prayer. A rakah is a unit of Islamic prayer, and it consists of standing, bowing, prostrating and sitting in between each posture. Praying at night is an important part of Islamic worship as it helps believers stay connected with Allah and reflect on their lives. It also helps them stay away from sins and bad deeds as they are more likely to be committed during late hours when people are less conscious about their actions. Therefore, this hadith encourages Muslims to make sure they perform their prayers regularly even if it's just for two rakahs at a time so that they can reap its spiritual benefits and remain close to Allah's mercy.
