It was narrated that 'Aishah said: "I did not see the Messenger of Allah ﷺ offer any of the night prayers in any way other than standing, until he became old. Then he started to pray sitting down until, when there were thirty or forty Verses left of his recitation, he would stand up and recite them, and prostrate".
The Prophet Muhammad was an example for all Muslims in how they should live their lives and conduct themselves in worshiping Allah. He showed us how important it is not only to perform our prayers correctly but also with sincerity and devotion. We can learn from this hadith that even if we are unable due certain circumstances such as age or illness, we can still make an effort towards fulfilling our religious obligations with dedication and reverence towards Allah Almighty.
