QUICK LESSONS:
Be mindful of your posture when reciting or reading from holy book; Take time out for contemplation & reflection on what you are reading; Do not rush through your prayers .

EXPLANATIONS:
This hadith is about how the Prophet Muhammad used to recite the Quran. He would sit down while reciting it, but when he wanted to bow in prayer, he would stand up for as long as it took him to recite forty verses of the Quran. This shows us that we should be mindful of our posture when reciting or reading from the holy book of Allah. We should not be lazy or careless in our worship and take time out of our day to properly read from His words with respect and reverence. It also teaches us that we should not rush through our prayers but take time out of each prayer session for contemplation and reflection on what we are reading so that we can gain a deeper understanding of its meaning.
