EXPLANATIONS:
This hadith is about the Prophet's prayer ritual. It was narrated from Ibn Buhainah that the Prophet offered prayer and in the second Rakah he stood up before he sat and prostrated twice before saying the Salam. This shows us that it is important to perform two prostrations after standing up for a prayer but before saying salaam. It teaches us to be mindful of our prayers and to take time to reflect on our actions during them. We should also remember that we should always say salaam at the end of our prayers as a sign of respect for Allah's commands.
