This hadith is about the importance of prayer in Islam. It was narrated by Abdullah that once the Prophet prayed Zuhr with five Rakah. When someone told him that something had been added to the prayer, he turned back towards the Qiblah and performed two prostrations. This shows us how important it is for Muslims to be mindful of their prayers and make sure they are performing them correctly according to Islamic teachings. It also teaches us that we should always strive to do our best in whatever we do, even if it is something as small as praying. We should always take care to ensure we are doing things properly so that our actions can be pleasing to Allah SWT.
