EXPLANATIONS:
The hadith narrated by Abu Ayyub Al-Ansari states that the Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) taught his followers about the different ways to pray witr. He said that witr is an obligation and it can be prayed with one rak'ah, three rak'ahs or five rak'ahs. This hadith teaches us to fulfill our obligations and to do them in the best way possible. It also encourages us to strive for excellence in our worship of Allah by praying more than what is required of us. We should take this as a reminder to always strive for excellence in all aspects of our lives and not just when it comes to worshiping Allah.
