Sunan Ibn Majah 1137 (Book 5, Hadith 335) #30489
The Power of Prayer on Fridays

SUMMARY: Allah will grant any Muslim who prays on Friday during a certain time whatever they ask for.

It was narrated that Abu Hurairah said: "The Messenger of Allah said: 'On Friday there is a time when no Muslim man happens to stand in prayer at that time, asking Allah for good things, but He will give that to him". And he gestured with his hand to indicate how short that time is.

QUICK LESSONS:
Pray sincerely during a certain time on Fridays

EXPLANATIONS:
This hadith is about the power of prayer on Fridays. It was narrated by Abu Hurairah that the Prophet Muhammad said that if a Muslim man stands in prayer at a certain time on Friday and asks Allah for good things, Allah will grant him whatever he asked for. This shows us how powerful our prayers can be when we pray to Allah at the right time and with sincerity. We should take advantage of this special time every week to ask Allah for all our needs and wants so that He may grant them to us. We should also remember to thank Him for all His blessings and mercy upon us.
