QUICK LESSONS:
Be mindful of your audience when speaking or teaching; Respect your audience by not overwhelming them with too much information at once; Speak/teach briefly.

EXPLANATIONS:
This hadith is about the Prophet's practice of delivering two sermons during his time. He would stand up and give a sermon, then he would sit down for a brief period before standing up again to give another sermon. This shows us that the Prophet was very mindful of his audience and wanted to make sure they were able to take in what he was saying without getting too tired or overwhelmed. It also teaches us that we should be mindful of our audience when speaking or teaching so as not to overwhelm them with too much information at once.
