Arrival of the Prophet in Makkah

SUMMARY: The Prophet ﷺ arrived in Makkah on the fourth day of Dhul-Hijjah.

'Ata’ narrated: "Jabir bin 'Abdullah, who was among the people with me, told me that the Prophet arrived in Makkah in the morning of the fourth day of Dhul-Hijjah".
حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَحْيَى، حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو عَاصِمٍ، وَقَرَأْتُهُ، عَلَيْهِ أَنْبَأَنَا ابْنُ جُرَيْجٍ، أَخْبَرَنِي عَطَاءٌ، حَدَّثَنِي جَابِرُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ، فِي أُنَاسٍ مَعِي قَالَ قَدِمَ النَّبِيُّ ـ ـ مَكَّةَ صُبْحَ رَابِعَةٍ مَضَتْ مِنْ شَهْرِ ذِي الْحِجَّةِ
