These prostrations include three from the Mufassal and two from Al-Hajj. Prostration is an act of worship where one bows down to Allah with their forehead touching the ground. It is a sign of humility and submission to Allah's will. The teachings found in this hadith emphasize on worshipping Allah through prayer and supplication as well as being humble before Him.
