Pray facing a direction between east and west if you live in Al-Madinah.

This hadith explains that the prayer direction, or Qiblah, for those living in Al-Madinah is between east and west. This means that when they pray, they should face in a direction that lies somewhere between east and west. The Prophet Muhammad ﷺ taught this to his companion Abu Hurairah who then passed it on to us. It is important to remember this teaching as it helps us stay connected with Allah SWT through our prayers.
