It was narrated that Abu Musa said: "The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: 'I have gained weight, so when I bow, then bow, and when I stand up, then stand up, and when I prostrate, then prostrate. I should never find anyone preceding me in bowing or prostration.’"
The hadith also teaches us about humility and respect for others. By following the example set by our beloved Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) we can learn how to show humility towards each other even during times of worship. This is an important lesson for all Muslims as it reminds us that no matter what our differences may be, we can still come together in unity through worshiping Allah together with respect for each other’s beliefs and practices.
