EXPLANATIONS:
This hadith speaks of the importance of having a perfect posture while performing prayer. It is narrated that Rashid heard Wabisah bin Mabad saying that he saw the Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) performing prayer and when he bowed down for ruku', his back was so straight that if water were poured on it, it would have stayed there. This shows us how important it is to maintain a proper posture during prayer as this is an act of worship to Allah SWT. We should strive to make our backs straight and not be lazy or careless in our prayers as this will show our dedication and sincerity towards Allah SWT. We should also remember that we are worshipping Allah SWT with every movement we make during salah so we must take care to perform each action perfectly with full concentration and humility.
