Reciting Verses of the Quran During Subh Prayer on Fridays

SUMMARY: The Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) used to recite two verses from the Quran during the Subh prayer on Fridays.

It was narrated from Abu Hurairah that for the Subh prayer on Fridays, the Messenger of Allah used to recite 'Alif-Lam-Mim’. The revelation.’32:1 and 'Has there not been over man". 76:1
حَدَّثَنَا حَرْمَلَةُ بْنُ يَحْيَى، حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ وَهْبٍ، أَخْبَرَنِي إِبْرَاهِيمُ بْنُ سَعْدٍ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنِ الأَعْرَجِ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ، أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ـ ـ كَانَ يَقْرَأُ فِي صَلاَةِ الْفَجْرِ يَوْمَ الْجُمُعَةِ ‏{الم * تَنْزِيلُ}‏ وَ ‏{هَلْ أَتَى عَلَى الإِنْسَانِ}‏

EXPLANATIONS:
The hadith narrated by Abu Hurairah states that Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) used to recite two verses from the Quran during his Friday morning prayer, known as Subh. These verses were ‘Alif-Lam-Mim’ [ 32:1 ] and ‘Has there not been over man’ [ 76:1 ]. This hadith serves as a reminder for Muslims to take time out of their day and dedicate it to reciting verses from the Quran, especially on Fridays.
