Consideration and Care of the Prophet (PBUH)

SUMMARY: The Prophet (PBUH) was very considerate and caring towards 'Aishah, even when she was menstruating.

It was narrated that 'Aishah said: "The Prophet used to bring his head close to me when I was menstruating and he was in I'tikaf (seclusion in a mosques for the purpose of worship), and I would wash it and comb his hair".
حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ أَبِي شَيْبَةَ، وَعَلِيُّ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ، قَالاَ حَدَّثَنَا وَكِيعٌ، عَنْ هِشَامِ بْنِ عُرْوَةَ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنْ عَائِشَةَ، قَالَتْ كَانَ النَّبِيُّ ـ ـ يُدْنِي رَأْسَهُ إِلَىَّ وَأَنَا حَائِضٌ وَهُوَ مُجَاوِرٌ - تَعْنِي مُعْتَكِفًا - فَأَغْسِلُهُ وَأُرَجِّلُهُ
