Practice moderation in all aspects of life including bathing

This hadith is about the importance of moderation in all aspects of life, including bathing. The Prophet Muhammad and his wife Aishah used to bathe from a single vessel using only three handfuls of water, which shows that it is possible to be clean without wasting resources or going overboard. This hadith also teaches us that we should not judge others for their practices; even though Aishah thought it was strange for Abdullah bin Amr's wives to undo their braids when they bathed, she did not criticize him for it. Instead, she shared her own experience as an example of moderation in bathing.
